Multi-Phase Landscape & Hardscape Project in Desert Hills, AZ
This three-phase landscape and hardscape project transformed a basic outdoor area into a more functional and finished property. We improved drainage, installed decorative paver walkways, upgraded the driveway, and created a dedicated ATV trailer parking area to improve access and usability.
Property Transformation
Improving the Landscape Across Three Project Phases
The property originally featured a basic landscape with several areas that needed improvements. The homeowner wanted to incorporate a decorative walking bridge into the backyard while also creating more convenient access to the garage and a dedicated parking area for an ATV trailer.
We completed the work in three separate phases, addressing the property's landscape, driveway, and lower parking area. Each phase focused on improving functionality, adding character, and creating more usable outdoor space.

A Closer Look at the Landscape & Hardscape Improvements
The project included three distinct phases, each focused on a different part of the property. From decorative drainage features and new planting areas to paver installations, the improvements helped make the landscape more functional and finished.
Phase 1: Backyard Landscape Improvements
We designed and installed a decorative drainage ditch that improved water flow while creating a natural feature beneath the homeowner's walking bridge. We also added decorative paver walkways, planting mounds, new plants, and extended irrigation to the new planting areas.
Phase 2: Paver Driveway Installation
We relocated the existing loose rock, prepared the driveway area, and installed a large driveway using Phoenix Pavers Slate. This replaced the loose gravel driving surface with a solid, finished driveway leading to the garage.
Phase 3: ATV Trailer Parking Area
We relocated the existing gravel and prepared a level area on the lower portion of the property for ATV trailer parking. Using Phoenix Pavers Territorial, we installed a large paved parking area that provided a solid, finished surface for the trailer.
